We are currently in an exciting development phase. A new full-time station is being built in Umeå city, and our workforce will grow in the coming years. In connection with this, we are conducting a major review of our organization to create the best possible conditions to meet today’s and tomorrow’s needs. We are now looking for someone who wants to join us on this journey and contribute to the development of a modern and sustainable fire service.

With us, you will not only have meaningful and developing tasks – you will also be part of an organization with strong cohesion, high competence, and clear ambitions. Together, we fulfill an important societal function and create safety for our residents.

  • handling of referrals and other matters related to prevention and rescue services
  • issues concerning building technical fire protection, community planning, and risk management.

About You

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, confident in meeting people, and has a professional demeanor. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have the ability to drive your tasks forward. We value engagement and a willingness to develop both yourself and our operations. Personal suitability will be highly valued.

We are looking for someone who has;

  • Supervision A or equivalent experience/education that the employer deems equivalent
  • good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • a B driver's license.

We view positively if you have

  • worked within municipal rescue services

We Offer

In addition to interesting tasks, you will also be part of an organization with high ambitions and a strong community. Together, we fulfill a crucial societal function and create a safer future for our residents.
